RECIPE
1. Fish(fillet). Whole
2. Eggs. 2
3. Seasoning. To taste
4. Oil. For frying
5. Bread(grated to crumbs)
METHOD
1. Wash and fillet the fish
2. Cut fish to preferred sizes and keep in a bowl.
3. Break the eggs in the bowl and mix with the fish.
4. Season to taste with season of choice.
5. Coat the fish with the freshly grated bread and deep fry till it's golden brown.
Note:- The bread should be fresh and properly grated to crumbs.
